I sud worry about my weight now... haha... 90kg liao woo... haha... sa pi gym tapi susah betul bah dia punya rule...

no. 1, makan bila lapar...
no. 2, makan makanan berkhasiat, ada protien, ada karbohidrat dan vitamin...
no. 3... kasi kurang 40% karbohidrat... hehe


No. 3 yang sa nda tahan... hehe
